Recovery Therapy, made simple

Cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy, and halotherapy — four gentle, restorative ways to help your body recover, restore, and recharge. Recovery is where progress actually happens. Training, work, and daily stress create wear that your body needs the right conditions to repair — and our recovery therapies create exactly those conditions: warmth, cold, light, and mineral-rich air, each used for centuries and refined by modern wellness practices. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit. Whether you are easing everyday tension, supporting your sleep, or simply carving out time to breathe deeply and slow down, each therapy offers its own kind of reset — and they layer beautifully together.

The therapies and what they do

Cold Plunge

Brief, guided immersion in cold water — one of the most invigorating recovery tools there is. The chill constricts and then rebounds your circulation, leaving muscles feeling fresh and your mind clear. Sessions are short (just a few minutes) and always at your pace.

Benefits

  • Supports healthy circulation
  • Eases muscle soreness after training
  • Sharpens alertness and elevates mood
  • Builds resilience to everyday stress

Sauna

Gentle, enveloping heat that warms the body from the outside in. Time in the sauna relaxes muscles, opens airways, and mimics the mild cardiovascular workout of a brisk walk — all while you simply sit still and unwind.

Benefits

  • Relaxes tight, tired muscles
  • Supports cardiovascular health
  • Encourages deeper, more restful sleep
  • Promotes full-body relaxation

Red Light Therapy

Therapeutic red and near-infrared light that your skin absorbs comfortably — no heat, no discomfort. This gentle light supports the energy centers of your cells, making it a favorite for skin health, everyday aches, and post-training recovery.

Benefits

  • Supports cellular energy and repair
  • Encourages healthy, glowing skin
  • Eases joint and muscle discomfort
  • Complements training recovery

Salt Room

Relax in our serene salt room while a halogenerator disperses microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt particles into the air. Breathing this dry salt air is a centuries-old practice many people find calming for airways, skin, and stress — all from a comfy lounge chair.

Benefits

  • Supports clearer, easier breathing
  • Calms the nervous system
  • A soothing reset for skin
  • A quiet space to slow down

Contrast therapy: heat and cold, together

Contrast therapy is the practice of moving between heat and cold — typically a sauna session followed by a cold plunge. The warm phase opens your blood vessels and relaxes your muscles; the cold phase then constricts them and sends fresh, oxygen-rich blood back through the body. Done in rounds, this gentle pumping effect is what makes contrast therapy such a powerful recovery tool.

Alternating heat and cold also trains your nervous system to shift between stimulation and calm. Many people describe leaving a contrast session feeling both energized and deeply relaxed at the same time — clear-headed, loose, and ready to rest well that night.

  • Boosts circulation and speeds muscle recovery
  • Eases soreness and stiffness after training
  • Supports cardiovascular health
  • Sharpens mental clarity and stress resilience

A simple contrast protocol

A beginner-friendly pattern we recommend — three rounds of warmth followed by cold. Adjust the times to your comfort, and always end on cold if you can.

  1. 1Round 1 · warm up10 minutes in the sauna. Let your body fully warm, breathe slowly, and hydrate.
  2. 2Round 1 · cool down1–2 minutes in the cold plunge. Stay calm and keep your breathing steady.
  3. 3Round 2 · repeat10 minutes sauna, then 2 minutes cold. The cold feels easier each round.
  4. 4Round 3 · finish10 minutes sauna, then 2–3 minutes cold to finish. Rest and rehydrate afterward.
